Get A Little Sumpin' Sumpin'

Right now all of us at the Bar are going Lagunitas crazy. Every year we await the release of Lagunitas' A Little Sumpin' Sumpin' like children awaiting Christmas morning. This beer is pure and simple deliciousness!! I mean an American Pale Wheat Ale?! Its like the best of both worlds, a thirst quenching wheat hopped to perfection! You guys seriously have to come down and try this before we drink it all up.

On a similar note, we will be tapping Hop Stoopid today, so Lagunitas is definitely on all our minds! So swing by, grab a seat on our beer garden and enjoy a bevy of highly drinkable and mind numbingly good brews!

Fusion

This Wednesday, at 4:20pm, we will be tapping Lagunitas Fusion! This is a Chicago market only Ale, brewed based on feedback from Chicago area bar owners and bartenders. Lagunitas only produced 60 barrels, and it will only be carried by 50 bars in the city! So pop on by, and grab a pint before it is all gone.

Spring Cleaning

So, we just heard that the weather will be decent Wednesday and Thursday. That means back patio, and beer! Now I just have to get my lazy ass up early to get everything ready. But you guys can do your part to help with all the spring cleaning. We still have some winter beers that we need to move to make room for all the great new stuff we are getting in soon, so come and drink some beers! Seriously get down here, there are some seriously cheap deals going on, you could be sipping a world class brew for the price of a dull old American macro(not naming names here, just saying).

This week, Flounders gets Stoned.

That's right Ladies and Gentlemen, Flounders will be rolling out Stone Brewery's Smoke Porter, Levitation, Ruination, and Arrogant Bastard this Thursday. We are all super excited for this much anticipated release, and will be offering specials on all of these amazing beers.

Our spring/summer hours started three weeks ago, and we are now open for lunch! On top of our Monday to Friday $5 Burger and beer special, we are also serving up other lunch specials which change from day to day. Pop on by, and try a few things off of our new menu, you won't be dissappointed.

Speaking of Spring, our back patio should be open as soon as the weather gets a bit warmer. So stay posted for that. We also have a wide range of beers that we will be rolling out that are perfect for quenching that summer thirst.
